Job summary

Lennar is hiring a Homebuyer Concierge to deliver a warm, proactive homebuying experience from Purchase through Closing. You will coordinate with Construction, Mortgage, Title, and Sales teams to keep buyers informed and supported.

The role requires strong organization, CRM skills, and the ability to explain mortgage and closing processes. On-site duties and occasional events are expected; real estate licensing may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven customer service in fast-paced environment; CRM proficiency.
• Ability to navigate real estate and residential construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary, customer-first point of contact with homebuyers.
• Educate buyers on mortgage, title, closing journey and construction expectations.
• Maintain 100% accuracy for customer interactions and closing dates in CRM.
• Coordinate communication between Homebuyers and internal partners to facilitate timely closings.
