Job summary

Lennar in Naperville, IL is seeking a Homebuyer Concierge to deliver a high-touch homebuying experience from purchase agreement through closing. You will be the primary liaison between Homebuyers and the builder, coordinating schedules and guiding them through the Lennar app.

This role requires strong customer service, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least one year supporting a real estate sales team.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary, customer-first point of contact.
• Educate buyers on mortgage, title, closing, and construction expectations.
• Conduct regular check-ins and provide progress updates.
• Maintain 100% data integrity for customer interactions and documentation.
• Generate and execute post-agreement addenda and verify requirements.
• Guide homebuyers to download and use the Lennar App.
• Coordinate communication between Homebuyers and internal partners.
• Manage complex issues including loan denials and scheduling conflicts.
