Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Homebuyer Concierge in Illinois to deliver a high-touch homebuying experience from Purchase Agreement through Closing. You will serve as the primary liaison between homebuyers and the builder, ensuring smooth communication and timely closings.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and familiarity with real estate processes. You may work on-site with homeowners and engage in events as needed, with access to the Lennar App for a seamless journey.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year or more supporting a real estate sales team is a plus.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including on-site events with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary, customer-first point of contact for Homebuyers.
• Educate buyers on mortgage, title, closing journey and construction milestones.
• Conduct regular check-ins to provide progress updates and celebrate key milestones through closing day.
• Maintain data integrity for all customer interactions and documentation in the CRM.
• Generate and execute post-agreement addenda to ensure on-time closings.
• Guide homebuyers to download and use the Lennar App as the main hub for their journey.
• Coordinate communication between Homebuyers and internal teams (Construction, Mortgage, Title, Sales).
• Manage complex issues such as appraisals, loan denials, and scheduling conflicts.
• Participate in weekly backlog meetings to audit home statuses and mitigate delays.
