Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Aurora, CO to support community sales operations and customer engagement.

You will help with tours, lead follow-up, and maintaining accurate prospect data in CRM, while preparing sales materials and keeping model homes and offices organized. The role offers exposure to homebuilding sales processes, collaboration with the mortgage team, and ongoing training to build knowledge of products and processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination preferred.
• Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or admin support is a plus.
• Exposure to CRM or customer-tracking tools beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist with first impressions.
• Support Community Sales Consultants with tours and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and tracking systems.
• Prepare and maintain model homes and sales offices.
• Assist with administrative tasks and reporting.
• Coordinate events and promotional initiatives.
