Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support community sales operations, engage customers, and prepare materials. You will assist tours, manage CRM data, and help with events and day-to-day tasks under supervision.

The role offers exposure to homebuilding sales processes, model homes, and collaboration with the mortgage team. Training and development are provided to build product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Basic familiarity with customer service or administrative work.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or administrative support is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist with initial customer interactions.
• Support Community Sales Consultants and tours.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and tracking tools.
• Prepare and maintain model homes, sales offices, and marketing materials.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including contracts and reporting.
• Monitor inventory of sales materials and model home readiness.
• Participate in training to build product and sales knowledge.
• Support communication between customers and sales team.
