Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a motivated Community Sales Support to assist with customer engagement, model homes, and CRM data accuracy. This role provides exposure to the homebuilding sales process while working under supervision in a collaborative environment.

The position supports sales consultants, coordinates events, and helps maintain marketing materials and office operations to ensure a professional buyer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Basic familiarity with customer service or administrative work.
• Must have a Real Estate License.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or administrative support roles.
• Exposure to CRM systems or customer-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist with initial customer interactions to ensure a welcoming and professional first impression.
• Support Community Sales Consultants by standing in as needed, assisting with tours, and addressing routine buyer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate prospect, visitor, and sales-related data in CRM and tracking tools.
• Prepare and maintain model homes, sales offices, and marketing materials.
• Support onsite events, community activities, and promotional initiatives.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including contract preparation and reporting.
