Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate to support community sales operations, engage with customers, prepare materials, and maintain CRM data. The role offers exposure to model homes, customer interactions, and the homebuilding sales process under supervision.

You will learn our products, sales processes, and community operations, contributing to a positive customer experience and team goals in a dynamic homebuilding environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Basic familiarity with customer service or administrative work.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or admin roles helpful.
• Exposure to CRM systems or tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist with initial customer interactions.
• Support consultants by standing in as needed and assisting with tours.
• Maintain accurate prospect and sales data in CRM and tracking tools.
• Prepare and maintain model homes, sales offices, and marketing materials.
• Assist with administrative tasks, contracts, paperwork and reporting.
• Collaborate with mortgage team to learn the process for a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in training to learn products, sales processes and homebuilding operations.
