Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6 months to 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive among sites (day & night).
• Strong communication skills; customer satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendent in managing the community job site.
• Schedule and supervise inspections with inspectors.
• Ensure homes meet quality standards and production schedule.
• Maintain safety standards and enforce safety program.
• Manage subcontractors and cost controls; monitor workmanship.
