Qualifications

• Experience in customer service required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chatbot, SMS, and internet chat.
• Proactively return customer calls and outbound communications to gather feedback and follow up on unresolved matters.
• Create warranty service tickets from webform submissions and other channels.
• Record and manage customer escalations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Generate reports and assist with warranty-related data in Power BI or similar tools.
