Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in residential construction preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 Construction qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warranty calls in numerous communities.
• Management of warranty claims.
• Evaluate homeowner claims.
• Schedule repairs with subcontractors and homeowners.
• Conduct follow‑up visits to ensure work meets standards.
• Hold subcontractors accountable for quality repairs.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to meet goals.
