KB Home is seeking a Customer Service Warranty Representative to manage warranty claims and coordinate subcontractor scheduling across multiple communities. You will conduct homeowner orientations, review workmanship, and ensure timely resolutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong communication skills, team collaboration, and the ability to handle diverse homeowner situations while supporting field operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience in homebuilding or related real estate industry, or applicable construction management training.
• Strong background in delivering high-quality customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate warranty claims by scheduling subcontractors and evaluating work.
• Address customer warranty concerns promptly and effectively.
• Review subcontractor work and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores including CSI metrics.
• Conduct homeowner orientations and post-close visits as scheduled.
• Communicate with homeowners to explain warranty processes and benefits.
