Zusammenfassung

Hawthorne Health, Inc. is expanding its Home Network and seeks dual-credentialed Cardiac and Vascular Sonographers to work per diem as independent contractors. You will travel regionally to patient homes to perform in-home cardiac and vascular imaging visits, paid per visit, with travel expenses reimbursed as needed.

We require active RDCS/RCS and RVT/RVS credentials, BLS, and a valid driver’s license. You will work autonomously in non-traditional settings, ensuring high-quality imaging per ASE

Qualifikationen

• Active registration in both cardiac and vascular imaging (RDCS/RCS with RVT/RVS) required.
• BLS certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel regionally.
• Ability to work independently in non-traditional settings.
• Strong patient communication and bedside manner.

Aufgaben

• Travel locally or across state lines to patient homes for visits.
• Transport and set up portable ultrasound equipment.
• Explain procedures and obtain informed cooperation from participants.
• Perform echocardiograms and vascular imaging per protocol.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety during imaging.
• Follow sponsor and protocol-specific imaging guidelines.
• Ensure accurate image acquisition and labeling for review.
• Complete preliminary report with measurements and sonographer comments.
• Maintain ASE-standard quality in imaging.
• Troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed.
