Job summary

Best Buy invites an In-Home Installation Technician to deliver, install, integrate and troubleshoot home theater, computing, smart home and networking products in customers' homes. You will tailor solutions based on conversations and partner with Geek Squad Agents and store teams to meet company initiatives.

Requirements include 21+ years old, a valid driver’s license and safe driving record, ability to lift up to 75 lb solo (150 lb with a teammate; 250 lb with assistive tools), and 6 months of

Qualifications

6 months of consumer electronics delivery, installation, integration and troubleshooting experience.
6 months of customer service experience.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Current, valid driver’s license and driving record meeting safety standards.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds alone, 150 pounds as a team, and up to 250 pounds with tools.

Responsibilities

Provide a seamless customer experience by advising and fulfilling lifestyle product recommendations.
Deliver, install, integrate, network and troubleshoot consumer electronics devices.
Lead two-person jobs when required and perform additional work independently.
Manage inventory, vehicle maintenance, paperwork, payments, and safety compliance.
