Job summary

Best Buy is hiring an In-Home Installation Technician to deliver, install, integrate and troubleshoot a range of home tech product ecosystems. You’ll work with customers to tailor solutions for their lifestyle and technology needs, coordinating with Geek Squad and other teams to meet annual goals.

You will manage on-site installations, handle deliveries, and assist with inventory and safety practices while providing expert advice and a seamless customer experience at customers’ homes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have current, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds; up to 150 pounds with a teammate; up to 250 pounds with tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless customer experience by advising on lifestyle product recommendations and services.
• Fulfill from delivery to installation, integration, networking and troubleshooting of consumer electronics devices.
• Lead two-person jobs and perform other tasks solo when needed.
• Manage inventory, vehicle maintenance, paperwork and payments; follow safety guidelines.
