Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Home Shopping Department Manager to lead daily digital fulfillment and order processing at our store location. You will ensure accurate, timely order completion and deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving digital sales growth.

You will manage a team, optimize processes, and partner with leaders to meet inventory needs. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume fulfillment operations.
• Strong customer-service mindset and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied temperatures.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the Home Shopping Department, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Deliver an exceptional pick-up and delivery experience while resolving customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionally.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks impacting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
