Albertsons Companies is hiring a Home Shopping Department Manager to lead daily fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate and timely orders, while supporting strong customer satisfaction and digital sales growth. This role drives a fast-paced, hands-on environment shaping the customer experience and store success.

You will manage schedules, coordinate end-to-end fulfillment, and collaborate with leaders to resolve inventory and order issues, fostering a positive, performance-driven team culture.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all daily operations of the Home Shopping Department, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Deliver an exceptional pick-up and delivery experience while resolving customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionally.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination (where applicable).
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks impacting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
