Albertsons Companies is seeking a Home Shopping Department Manager in the United States to lead daily fulfillment operations, ensure accurate and timely order completion, and support strong customer satisfaction while driving digital sales growth.

You will manage high-volume fulfillment, coordinate with teams, and ensure use of Home Shopping technology. Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

• Experience leading daily fulfillment operations in a retail setting.
• Strong customer-service focus with ability to resolve issues quickly.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams for high performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the Home Shopping Department, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused order fulfillment
• Deliver an exceptional pick-up and delivery experience while resolving customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionally
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks impacting orders
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive team culture
