Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Deliver an exceptional pick-up and delivery experience and handle substitutions/refunds.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology and handheld devices.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, and customer satisfaction.
• Create schedules aligned with order volume and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory and out-of-stocks.
• Hire, train, and develop associates while fostering a positive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
