Albertsons Companies in Albuquerque is seeking a Home Shopping Department Manager to lead daily fulfillment operations, ensure accurate and timely orders, and support strong customer satisfaction while driving digital sales growth.

You will manage a fast-paced, hands-on team, optimize schedules, and oversee the use of Home Shopping technology to deliver a seamless shopping experience. The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume fulfillment operations in a retail environment.
• Ability to train and develop associates and foster a positive team culture.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Deliver a best-in-class pick-up and delivery experience and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment: picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping tech, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, pick rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while promoting a positive culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and standards.
