You will oversee labor planning, scheduling, and performance metrics, collaborating with department leaders to address inventory and out-of-stocks that impact orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or e-commerce fulfillment.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Deliver a seamless pick-up and delivery experience and resolve customer concerns professionally.
