Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Home Shopping Department Manager to lead daily fulfillment, ensure accurate orders, and boost customer satisfaction. You will manage schedules, coach associates, monitor order accuracy and pick rates, and address concerns to maintain high service levels.

Collaborate with department leaders on inventory, use handheld devices and fulfillment platforms, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Retail/Home Shopping operations experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Home Shopping Department ensuring timely, accurate, customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Deliver an exceptional pick-up and delivery experience while resolving customer concerns professionally.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory and out-of-stocks affecting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company standards.
