Job summary

ADT is seeking a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure and program security and site automation solutions in homes and small businesses in Savannah, GA. You will service fire and CO detection, networking, hosted video, and access control, while following established processes and coordinating with central monitoring.

The role requires service experience, technical aptitude, and strong communication skills, plus a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Service experience required or preferred.
• Solid technical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal communication and customer focus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and service fire and CO detection systems, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control.
• Follow processes for wired/wireless technology and connection procedures.
• Test and validate system signals with central monitoring to ensure proper service.
• Act as a customer service champion, helping customers understand protection at home.
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with customers and coworkers.
• Provide on-site visits to homes or small business locations to deliver solutions.
