Job summary

Fischer Homes in Atlanta is seeking a paid Co-Op/Intern in new home sales for Fall, Spring, and Summer terms. You will work full-time alongside an Elite Coach to learn our sales process and support homebuyers from prospecting to close.

You’ll coordinate events, study competitors, complete eLearning, and develop exceptional customer service and communication skills while adapting to changing priorities and weekend work with two weekdays off.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn Fischer Homes sales process and work one on one with homebuyers.
• Coordinate community and Realtor events with the Elite Coach.
• Complete Sales eLearning courses and practice the sales process.
• Shop competitors to understand Fischer Homes’ selling features.
