Job summary

Fischer Homes in Dayton, OH offers a Full-time Summer 2027 Co-Op/Internship designed to train you in the home sales process. You’ll work with an Elite Coach, learning to engage buyers, present models, and close deals while supporting community events and market activities.

You’ll complete sales eLearning, study competitors, and build relationships with new customers, all while balancing weekend work with two weekdays off. Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business or Sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn Fischer Homes' home sales process with an Elite Coach.
• Support prospecting, presenting to, listening to, and closing home buyers.
• Coordinate community and Realtor events with the Elite Coach.
• Conduct prospecting calls and learn from peers to improve sales skills.
