Job summary

Fischer Homes Summer 2027 co-op/internship invites motivated students to gain hands-on training in our home sales process. You will work one-on-one with an Elite Coach, learning how to present and close with homebuyers while touring communities and models that serve as powerful sales tools.

You will complete Sales eLearning, study competitors, and coordinate events with the Elite Coach, building confident prospecting calls and relationship-building with customers throughout the internship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn Fischer Homes sales process with Elite Coach.
• Ensure communities/models serve as sales tools.
• Complete Sales eLearning, including full practice of the sales process.
• Shop competitors to understand our unique selling features.
• Coordinate community and Realtor events with the Elite Coach.
• Conduct prospecting calls with the Elite Coach.
