Fischer Homes in Columbus, OH is seeking a Summer 2027 Co‑Op/Intern candidate to gain hands-on experience in our home sales process. You will train with an Elite Coach and work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment that challenges and grows you.

This internship focuses on prospecting, presenting to buyers, networking with Realtors, and completing eLearning; weekend work with two weekdays off is part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.
• Must be a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Learn Fischer Homes' home sales process through one-on-one coaching with an Elite Coach.
• Ensure our communities, models and market homes serve as effective sales tools.
• Complete Sales eLearning courses and practice the sales process.
• Shop competitors to understand our unique selling features.
• Coordinate community and Realtor events with the Elite Coach.
• Conduct prospecting calls with the Elite Coach.
