Fischer Homes is seeking a Co-Op/Intern in Louisville, KY to gain hands-on experience in new home sales while receiving focused training from experienced professionals. The role requires weekend work with consistent two weekdays off, and opportunities to learn through coaching and coursework.

You will work with an Elite Coach to learn the sales process, use models as tools, complete eLearning modules, and engage with competitors to understand Fischer Homes’ unique features.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn Fischer Homes' new home sales process with one-on-one coaching.
• Ensure models and market homes serve as effective sales tools.
• Complete Sales eLearning courses and practice the sales process.
• Shop competitors to understand unique selling features.
• Coordinate community and Realtor events with the Elite Coach.
• Conduct prospecting calls with the Elite Coach.
