Fischer Homes in Florida seeks a driven co-op/intern to learn our home sales process while working with experienced professionals. This full-time program runs in Fall, Spring, and Summer, with weekend work and two weekdays off, offering hands-on training with buyers and community teams.

You will complete Sales eLearning, observe model homes, coordinate events, and practice prospecting under an Elite Coach, gaining real-world sales and customer-service experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn Fischer Homes' sales process with an Elite Coach.
• Ensure our communities, models and market homes serve as effective sales tools.
• Complete Sales eLearning courses, including full practice of the sales process.
• Shop competitors to understand our unique selling features.
• Coordinate community and Realtor events with the Elite Coach.
• Conduct prospecting calls with the Elite Coach.
