Job summary

Fischer Homes is offering a Fall, Spring, or Summer full-time Co-Ops/Internship to train with seasoned professionals in home sales. You’ll learn the Fischer Homes process, practice with an Elite Coach, and apply skills through direct interaction with buyers and events.

Preferred students are pursuing a bachelor's in business, sales, or related fields, are self-starters, and demonstrate excellent communication and organization in fast-changing environments.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside an Elite Coach to learn Fischer Homes new home sales process as they work one on one with homebuyers.
• Ensure our communities, models and market homes serve as exceptional sales tools.
• Complete Sales eLearning courses, including a full practice demonstrating the sales process.
• Shop competitors to understand our unique selling features.
• Coordinate community and Realtor events with the Elite Coach.
• Conduct prospecting calls with the Elite Coach.
