Job summary

PulteGroup in the United States is seeking a Sales Trainee to complete a structured training program and start a career as a Sales Associate or Consultant across its communities. The role involves selling Pulte/Centex homes, generating leads, presenting models, coordinating with design, mortgage, and settlement teams, and guiding buyers through closing.

A Washington real estate license is required and Oregon license is preferred; a high school diploma is minimum.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Washington real estate license required; Oregon license preferred.
• Completion of the Sales Associate Learning and Certification Program.

Responsibilities

• Sell and close Pulte/Centex products and meet CSMS goals.
• Generate leads from referrals and core realtor group.
• Conduct interviews with prospects, present models and community amenities.
• Explain principal and interest, taxes, insurance, CC&Rs, HOA and club/golf plans.
• Prepare required paperwork for each home sale and for prospective purchasers.
• Assist in coordinating with design center, mortgage, inspections and settlements.
• Keep buyers updated on construction start and completion and through closing.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate departments.
