Job summary

PulteGroup in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Sales Trainee who will progress to a Sales Consultant. The role requires real estate licensing in WA (and preferably OR) and involves presenting models, collecting paperwork, and guiding buyers through from initial contact to closing. A license and driving are required.

The position offers a path to commission-based earning with a base draw and generous commissions, within a Fortune 500 homebuilder environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Sell and close Pulte/Centex products.
• Generate leads from referrals and realtor groups.
• Conduct interviews with prospects and present models.
• Explain payments, taxes, insurance, CC&Rs, and memberships.
• Prepare paperwork for each home sale and coordinate with design center and mortgage.
