PulteGroup in Bellevue, WA seeks a Sales Trainee to complete rigorous sales training and advance toward a Sales Associate or Consultant role. You will sell Pulte/Centex homes, generate referrals, conduct buyer interviews, and showcase models and community amenities.

Candidates need a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), WA real estate license (OR/WA license preferred), and the Sales Associate Learning & Certification Program. Driver’s license required.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Washington real estate license required; Oregon/WA license preferred.
• Completion of the Sales Associate Learning and Certification Program.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong verbal and written communication; good organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Sell and close Pulte/Centex products.
• Generate leads from referrals and realtor groups.
• Interview prospects, present models, explain payments, taxes, and HOA/CC&R terms.
• Prepare paperwork for each home sale and coordinate with design center, mortgage, and closing departments.
• Update buyers on construction timelines and guide them through the closing process.
