Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking a Sales Consultant trainee to complete sales training and acquire essential skills for assisting homebuyers. The program emphasizes model presentations, client interaction, and hands-on experience within a fast-paced sales office environment.

Participants will learn about local markets, real estate laws, and government regulations while supporting the sales team. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; college coursework is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Knowledge of sales organization is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are expected.
• Appropriate license or certifications as required by the state; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting interviews of prospects for current/future home sales, including model presentation.
• Assist any new homebuyer or prospective homebuyer as needed.
• Serve as back-up to other members of the sales team as needed.
• Learn knowledge of local markets, competition, real estate laws/rules, public opinion, local and national trends, and governmental regulations related to home buying.
• Assist with sales office administrative responsibilities as needed.
