Qualifikationen

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Washington real estate license required
• Real estate license in both Oregon and Washington, preferred
• Completion of the Sales Associate Learning and Certification Program
• Valid Driver’s License because driving is an essential function of this position.

Aufgaben

• Sell and close Pulte/Centex products; meet CSMS goals
• Generate leads from referrals and core realtor group
• Interviews with prospects for current/future home sales; conduct model visits and demonstrate communities
• Explain principal and interest payments, taxes, insurance, CC&Rs, HOA, and club/golf memberships
• Prepare required paperwork for each home sale and for prospective purchasers
• Assist in making appointments with design center, mortgage, key inspection, and settlement departments
• Keep buyers updated on construction start and completion dates and stay involved through closing
• Communicate customer information requests to the appropriate departments
