Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking a driven candidate to join the sales team as a Sales Associate/Consultant trainee. The role centers on completing an extensive sales training program and learning the skills needed to engage prospects, present model homes, and assist buyers throughout the purchase process.

Upon completion of training, you will gain knowledge of local markets, real estate regulations, and emerging trends while supporting the sales office and collaborating with teammates to deliver

Qualifications

• No minimum sales experience required.
• Knowledge of sales organization preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and a desire to learn.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting interviews of prospects for current/future home sales, including model presentation.
• Assist any new homebuyer or prospective homebuyer as needed.
• Serve as back-up to other members of the sales team as needed.
• Learn knowledge of local markets, competition, Real Estate laws/rules, public opinion, local and national trends, and governmental regulations related to home buying.
• Assist with sales office administrative responsibilities as needed.
