Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking a Sales Trainee/Consultant in Washington state. Primary duties include selling and closing homes, generating referrals, conducting buyer interviews, and guiding purchasers through the model homes and community details. Requires a WA real estate license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Washington real estate license required
• Real estate license in WA and OR preferred
• Completion of Sales Associate Learning and Certification Program
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Sell and close Pulte/Centex products.
• Generate leads from customer referrals and realtor groups.
• Conduct interviews with prospects and present models and community amenities.
• Explain mortgage components and HOA/CC&Rs.
• Prepare paperwork for home purchases.
• Coordinate appointments with design center, mortgage, inspection, and settlement departments.
• Maintain communication with departments for information requests.
