Job summary

Champion Home Builders is looking for professional, motivated salespeople to sell award-winning floor plans for new home site developments in Bolivia, NC. You will meet sales goals, provide excellent customer service, prospect and promote new business, and follow up with prospects through the sales process.

Weekend/evening availability is preferred. We offer draw plus commission with potential to earn up to $200,000 per year, plus benefits, paid training, vacations, and growth opportunities.

Job responsibilities

• Meeting sales and marketing goals
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Working & communicating effectively with team and customers
• Understanding the loan process and credit analyzation
• Ability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings & some holidays
