Job summary

Champion Homes Center of McMinnville, OR is seeking professional, motivated salespeople to market and sell our award-winning floor plans on new home sites in the McMinnville area. You will drive sales, build relationships with customers, and guide buyers through the process from prospecting to closing.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, proven prospecting success, and a high energy, customer-focused approach.

Job responsibilities:

• Meeting sales and marketing goals
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Working & communicating effectively with team and customers
• Understanding the loan process and credit analyzation
• Ability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings & some holidays

Candidates must possess:
