Clayton Homes is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through floor plans, options, and the construction process, delivering a world-class home buying experience.

This role requires relationship-driven sales, ability to set appointments and demonstrate model homes, with Saturdays often required. You will earn a $50k base salary plus a lucrative commission plan and have unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales preferred.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to identify floor plans and options, and coordinate construction.
• Demonstrate model homes and communicate features and benefits to create value.
• Set appointments from prospect database and web leads; follow up with customers.
