Job summary

Clayton Homes is hiring an on-site Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting floor plans, options, and coordinating construction for a smooth home purchase. You will build strong relationships, demonstrate model homes, and drive appointments and conversions with a CRM-driven approach.

The role emphasizes customer focus, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment; a base salary plus lucrative commissions supports unlimited earning potential and career growth.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship driven business to consumer sales preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing and comply with legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a world class home buying experience by assisting customers to identify a floor plan and select options.
• Coordinate the construction process to finalize home purchases.
• Set appointments and convert inquiries from ads and web leads to visits.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of display homes to buyers.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and team activities.
