Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking Pest Control Consultants to sell our pest management services to residential customers while delivering outstanding customer service. You will represent our national brand locally, assess customer needs, and propose effective pest solutions.

You will collaborate with service teams, develop client proposals, and drive sales through CRM tracking and follow-up. A valid driver's license is required, and travel may be up to 100% within your territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service and communication skills; sales experience beneficial.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete home diagram using Sales CRM and share with team.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge during installations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in CRM.
