Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Home Consultant to help customers find the right floor plan, select options, and coordinate the construction process. You will guide buyers through a world-class home buying experience and use the CRM to follow up with prospects.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing training, and a strong customer focus, with a compensation package including a $50k base salary plus commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship-driven business-to-consumer sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to move and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying a floor plan and options for their home.
• Coordinate construction process to deliver a world-class home buying experience.
• Set appointments and follow up with prospects.
