Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited college required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five years’ experience in HME leadership is required.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance customer services, claims, or billing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, ensuring timely distribution of equipment and services.
• Lead logistics team with daily direction and clear communication.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with department leaders to meet customer needs.
• Maintain compliance with CMS, OSHA, DOT, FDA and related regulations.
• Address service concerns and drive improvements in patient experience.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to meet organizational goals.
