Rotech Healthcare is seeking a Customer Service Technician to support delivery, setup and maintenance of home medical equipment. You will educate patients and caregivers on proper use, coordinate with referrals and billing, and ensure timely, compliant service at patient homes.

The role requires driving to patient locations, on-call availability, and adherence to safety standards while maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional service.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with medical equipment preferred.
• One year of related work experience preferred.
• Medical terminology preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver, set up and maintain medical equipment at patient homes.
• Provide patient and caregiver instruction on proper equipment use.
• Coordinate with billing and schedules; manage paperwork.
• Assist with on-call duties as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
