Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to deliver, set up, and maintain home medical equipment and supplies. You will train patients and caregivers on proper use and safety, and provide in-person and phone support to patients and referral sources.

The role requires driving to patient homes, coordinating with insurers, and maintaining accurate records. A high school diploma is required, with medical equipment experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with medical equipment preferred.
• One year of related work experience preferred.
• Medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up and maintain equipment at the delivery address.
• Provide patient/caregiver instruction on proper equipment use.
• Coordinate verification of Medicare/Medicaid and private insurance.
• Complete delivery forms, route sheets, and patient care instructions.
• Assist in intake, scheduling, and paperwork processing as needed.
