• Deliver, set up and maintain medical equipment at patient homes
• Provide customer service over the phone and in person to patients and referral sources
• Coordinate verification of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance coverage
• Maintain assigned company vehicle and ensure safety and cleanliness
• Assist with paperwork, route planning and billing preparation
