Job summary

1st Security Bank of Washington seeks a Branch Supervisor for the home lending team. You will oversee the loan production process at a home lending branch, coordinating with loan officers and customers to ensure smooth origination and timely service.

The role requires leadership in hiring, coaching, and managing staff, along with thorough knowledge of mortgage banking procedures, compliance, and sales growth strategies to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related areas preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of mortgage banking experience in the markets served by the bank.
• Minimum annual personal production of $15MM per year.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage banking procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the residential loan production team.
• Manages branch pipeline activity and compliance with RESPA, Regulation Z, HMDA, CRA/AML, BSA, Regulation B, and Dodd-Frank.
• Oversees loan proposals, rate locks, and LOS data entry.
• Develops marketing and business development goals for the branch.
• Ensures strong customer experiences with timely, accurate loan information.
