You will supervise tellers and personal bankers, promote policy adherence, and coordinate with the Branch Manager on staff development and goal attainment, ensuring channel efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years banking experience and/or experience within a financial institution.
• One-year supervisory experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to core bank values and demonstrate dependability in all duties.
• Promote the bank’s Customer Service Protocols in daily operations.
• Provide training and supervision through documented weekly coaching sessions.
• Support branch goals by coaching staff on sales and referrals.
• Ensure branch compliance with policies and participate in audits.
