As the branch leader, you will oversee operations, sales and service, and staff development. You will manage certifications, audits, and compliance, while coaching the team to meet goals and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years banking experience and 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and AML policies; stay updated on regulation changes.
• Bondable and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality operations, sales, and service to Bank clients; develop staff.
• Lead certifications, operations and audit functions of the retail branch.
• Train, coach and supervise Customer Service Representatives and Personal Bankers.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to achieve branch goals and conduct weekly coaching sessions.
