Job summary

First Fed is seeking a Loan Servicing Team Lead in Seattle to organize, supervise, and coach the loan servicing staff across consumer, mortgage, and commercial portfolios. You will ensure accurate boardings, payoffs, and postings while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.

You will provide training, develop advanced user skills for Cleartouch and related interfaces, and support the Loan Servicing Manager in daily operations and project tasks to advance the bank’s

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certified equivalency, 3+ years of loan servicing experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Advanced understanding of loans and collateral types, general ledger, and suspense accounts.
• Advanced understanding of a wide range of loan products (consumer, mortgage, commercial, secondary market, SBA, participation).

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day activities in Loan Servicing.
• Process complex loan boardings, quality control reviews, file maintenance requests and payoffs within SLA timeframes.
• Process customer account requests including posting payments, payoff quotes, tax and insurance payments, and releasing secured collateral.
